Emma Armstrong, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian with a background in sports nutrition and a passion for helping athletes optimize their performance. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Foods from Northern Arizona University in 2023 and her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University in 2025.

Prior to joining Ole Miss Athletics, Armstrong gained sports nutrition experience through roles with most recently with the University of Oregon, LSU Athletics, and the Arizona Coyotes. She has also provided individualized nutrition counseling through Nourish, a virtual nutrition counseling platform. Her experience includes athlete counseling, fueling and hydration operations, nutrition education, supplement support, and performance-focused nutrition programming.
