Grayson Justiss joined the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation as a development associate in May 2026 after serving the organization as an intern for two years. '
He currently works with OMAF's annual fund team and oversees the outbound sales intern program.
Prior to joining OMAF full-time, Justiss served as an outbound sales intern for the within the foundation, assisting with donor outreach and annual giving efforts.
Justiss graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in general business and a minor in entrepreneurship.
