Lena Roesner joined the FedEx Student-Athlete Sucess Center team in August 2021 as an Academic Counselor for women's golf and track & field. 
 
Before coming to the University of Mississippi, Roesner served as an Athletic Academic Advisor at Idaho State University, and Assistant Academic and Tutor Coordinator at the University of South Florida.
 
Roesner earned a master's degree in linguistics from the University of Kansas in 2018, and a master's degree in sport management in 2019.
