OXFORD, Miss.-- Sophomore right-hander Joey Cramblitt used just 99 pitches to shutout Memphis 6-0 Tuesday night in a non- conference game in Oxford.

The win gave Ole Miss a 2-1 season series victory over the Tigers and improved the Rebels to 26-22 on the season. Memphis fell to 22-22.

Cramblitt limited the Tigers to just five hits and walked one while striking out eight in throwing his first career complete game. He moved to 9-2 on the year with the win.

Craig House suffered the loss for Memphis, working 6 1/3 innings and allowing five earned runs on nine hits and four walks. House dropped to 4-6.

Jude Voltz's RBI single to score Robert Shelton in the third made it 1-0 and it was all the offense Ole Miss needed.

Michael Rosamond and Bobby Kielty both went 2-for-3 to pace the Rebels' 10-hit attack. Ole Miss out-hit Memphis 10-5 for the evening.

The game was the fastest nine inning contest of the year for Ole Miss, lasting just one hour and 58 minutes.

The Rebels will return to Southeastern Conference action this weekend when they open a three-game series at Georgia.
