Lady Rebel Volleyball Team to Host Ole Miss Invitational

OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss volleyball team will host the Ole Miss Invitational Friday and Saturday with Florida A&M, Jacksonville State and Rhode Island participating in the event at the Women's Multi-Sport Complex.
On Friday, Florida A&M and Rhode Island kick off the tournament at noon, followed by Ole Miss and Jacksonville State at 2 p.m. Rhode Island plays Jacksonville State at 5 p.m. with the Lady Rebels going against Florida A&M in the 7 p.m. match.
Saturday's schedule begins with Florida A&M and Jacksonville State at 9 a.m. Ole Miss and Rhode Island conclude the tournament at 11 a.m.
The Lady Rebels (0-1) are coming off a season-opening loss at Tennessee-Martin Tuesday night. Lauren Dorcheus led the Lady Rebels with nine kills and a .474 hitting percentage, followed by Danielle Atzinger with a career-high 18 digs. Lisa Frannino had eight kills and tied a career high with five service aces.
