Women's Volleyball Falls to Tennessee, 3-1

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Lady Vols downed the Ole Miss volleyball team 15-4, 8-15, 15-10, 15-3 in Southeastern Conference action Friday. Tennessee improved to 8-3 overall and 1-1 in the SEC, while Ole Miss dropped to 6-9 and 0-3.

Lauren Dorcheus, Anna Hackbarth and Kira Zschau led the Lady Rebels with nine kills each. Danielle Atzinger led Ole Miss in digs with 12, followed by Dorcheus and Lisa Frannino with eight each. Hackbarth added eight total blocks.

Tennessee was led by Ariana Wilson with 18 kills, followed by Chris Jestila with 15 and Mary Heinecke with 13. Jestila added 15 digs, while Erica Lear recorded 11.

Ole Miss travels to Kentucky to take on the Wildcats Sunday at 1 p.m. Kentucky is 10-5 overall and 1-1 in the SEC.
