HEAD COACH DAVID CUTCLIFFE
Overall comments: "I thought we were a physical offensive football team. It was just a combination of penalties, dropped passes, missed passes and turnovers, and those are bigger in a close ball game. It was a great atmosphere with a big crowd, a lot of cheering and a lot of defense."
On Reagan King's last punt: "That last punt (by Reagan King) was a thing of beauty down the sidelines."
On Les Binkley's field goal: "What a way to start your career. He's been consistent all preseason."
On Romaro Miller's play: "Romaro got a little frustrated out there. It's hard to come in and play quarterback in this environment against a good defense with that much movement. He's (Romaro) is just a little piece of the puzzle. When you're the quarterback, that's just the way it is."
On the turnovers: "You usually can't win a ball game turning it over five times. I haven't been around that many games in which you can do that. We got out of this game with a win, and I hope we got all the turnovers out of our system."
DEFENSIVE TACKLE KENDRICK CLANCY
On Ole Miss' defensive play: "The defensive front is always the key. If you don't play well up front, you're not going to win. Big-time players make big-time plays, and we made a bunch of them tonight. I feel like we picked up where we were in the Independence Bowl. I like 3-0 games because you just line up and see who the better man is."
KICKER LES BINKLEY
On his game-winning kick: "When I hit it (game-winning field goal), I knew it was good. I didn't watch it go through because I saw (the holder) Ben (Craddock) go down. I knew from the crowd's reaction that it was good. It's like winning a baseball game in the ninth inning with a two-run homerun."
