Men's Golf In Second Place Tie In Waco

WACO, Texas - The Ole Miss men's golf team is in a three-way tie for second place after the first round of the Henry Griffitts-Baylor Invitational. The Rebels shot an opening round score of 285. They trail leader, Lamar University, by one stroke.
Second round play began on Monday, but was suspended until Tuesday due to darkness.
Leading the way for the Rebels were Robert Dreyfus, who shot a career-best 69, and is tied for fourth place. Phil Caravia is tied for 10th place with an opening round score of 70. Andrew Medley is tied for 25th place with a score of 72. Troy Muller carded a opening round 74 for a tie for 43rd place and Ben Lowery carded an 81 for 89th place.
The second round of the tournament will conclude on Tuesday morning. The final round will be played following the conclusion of the second round on Tuesday.
