Women's Tennis Remains No. 6 In Latest Rankings

OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss women's tennis team remained at No. 6 in the latest WingspanBank.com Tennis Rankings released Wednesday. The Lady Rebels (4-0) open conference play Sunday at Alabama.

Stanford stayed No.1 followed by Florida, California, Duke, Ole Miss, Pepperdine, UCLA, Texas and Arizona State. The SEC boasts three teams in the top six and eight teams in the Top 25.

Ole Miss is off to a solid start this season having posted two wins over nationally-ranked opponents in their last two matches. The Lady Rebels are preparing to face Alabama in the first SEC match of the season, Sunday at 1:00 p.m., in Tuscaloosa.

The next ranking for singles and doubles will be Feb. 16 (along with the team).
