Women's Golf Sixth After Day Two Of LSU Classic

BATON ROUGE, La. The Ole Miss women's golf team has three players in the top 11 and ranks sixth after two rounds of the LSU-Cleveland Golf Classic. The final round of the 54- hole event begins with an 8 a.m. shotgun start Sunday at the 6,265-yard, par 72 University Club.
Ole Miss fired a 324 on Saturday and owns a 642 total after 36 holes. The host Tigers, led by individual co-leader Tina Howard, sit atop the leader board with a 614.
Junior Marci Kornegay is the highest ranked Lady Rebel after two rounds, tied for sixth with a 75-80 155. Senior Robyn Rinaldo posted Ole Miss' best round on Saturday, carding a 77. Rinaldo and teammate Teresa Brown are tied for 11th, each with a 158.
Kerrie Davis, who is competing as an individual, has a 168 and is tied for 50th entering Sunday's final round. Bernadette Luse has a 171, and Elizabeth Hoffman has a 177.
