OXFORD, Miss. -- Ole Miss head coach David Cutcliffe announced Tuesday that sophomore wide receiver Lee Jackson of Marietta, Ga., is no longer with the Rebel football program.

"Lee Jackson has decided to leave the squad for personal reasons," Cutcliffe said.

Jackson, who was redshirted in 1999, played in six games last fall with most of his action being on special teams. He was credited with one solo tackle in the season opener against Tulane.
