Ole Miss Football Holds Second Full Scrimmage

OXFORD, Miss. -
The Ole Miss football team held their second full scrimmage of the spring Saturday at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium/Hollingsworth Field. Quarterback Eli Manning threw for four touchdown passes on the day and redshirt freshman running back Rick Razzano ran for three touchdowns.
"I think we will learn a lot from this scrimmage today," said Ole Miss head coach David Cutcliffe. "We got a lot of young people a lot of snaps today. I think we are tired and we have a week to go in spring practice. We got a lot out of this scrimmage and I'm anxious to see the tape."
Manning threw touchdown passes to four different recievers. He threw a 17-yard pass to Omar Rayford, a 13-yard pass to Chris Collins, a three-yard pass to tight end Mitch Skrmetta, and a seven-yard pass to Jamie Armstrong.
Razzano, a native of Milford, Ohio, scored on runs of one, five, and one yard. Running back Robert Williams also rushed for two touchdowns, highlighted by a 55-yard sprint to the endzone. .
The Rebels will conclude spring practice with the annual Grove Bowl next Saturday. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium/Hollingsworth Field.
