OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss jumped seven spots in this week's Collegiate Baseball Top 30 to No. 15, while the Rebels maintained their ranking of the previous week in the Baseball America and Baseball Weekly/ESPN Coaches Top 25 polls at No. 18 and No. 22, respectively.

Ole Miss went 2-2 last week to complete its season-long seven-game road swing with a 3-4 record. The Rebels defeated in-state rival Southern Miss, 11-9, last Wednesday in Hattiesburg, Miss., before traveling to Baton Rouge, La., for a three-game conference series with LSU.

The Tigers took 2-of-3 from Ole Miss, winning Sunday's rubber-match, 6-3, to grab sole possession of first place in the SEC Western Division and the overall SEC standings. Ole Miss (27-12-1 overall, 11-7 SEC) is tied for second place in the SEC West and the overall conference standings, one game behind the Tigers.

This is the fifth consecutive week Ole Miss has been ranked in all three major college baseball polls.

The Rebels will open a six-game home stand starting Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m., against Arkansas State in a non-conference game at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field. Ole Miss will return to SEC action this weekend when the Rebels host Florida in a three-game series beginning Friday at 6:30 p.m.
