Ole Miss-Vanderbilt Football Still Planned For Saturday

OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss Athletic Director John Shafer announced Tuesday that Saturday's football game here with Vanderbilt will be played as scheduled.

"The University of Mississippi and the Southeastern Conference are monitoring the situation," Shafer said. "Should the status of the game change, we will immediately notify the public."

Saturday's SEC match-up at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium/Hollingsworth Field is set for 11:30 a.m.
