OXFORD, Miss. (AP) - David Sanders scored 13 points as Mississippi extended its winning streak to seven with a 75-49 win over Lipscomb on Wednesday.

Justin Reed and Aaron Harper added 12 points apiece for the Rebels (11-2), who battled through a poor-shooting first half. It was the last nonconference game for Ole Miss before opening Southeastern Conference play at Tennessee on Sunday.

Clayton Osborn and Albert Hacker each scored 12 for Lipscomb (2-11), losers of five straight. The Bison managed only 10 baskets in the first 30 minutes.

Ole Miss, the SEC leaders in free-throw and 3-point shooting percentage, made only 8-of-24 from 3-point range and 11-of-21 from the line.

Ole Miss was 10-for-28 from the field in the first half before finishing 28-of-62.

The Rebels never trailed, although coach Rod Barnes pulled his starting lineup after three minutes, allowing Lipscomb to pull within 8-7 on a 3-point shot by Osborn with 13:40 left.

Ole Miss freshmen Kendrick Fox and Justin Johnson keyed a 10-2 run, pushing the lead to 18-9 with 9:24 left.

The Rebels led 27-14 at halftime despite going 3-for-10 from the free-throw line. They compensated by forcing 12 turnovers and limiting the Bison to 5-for-21 from the field.

Ole Miss built the lead to 42-17 early in the second half, as Reed capped a 15-4 run with a dunk.

The game's biggest lead, 61-30, came on Harper's 3-point shot with 7:16 left. Harper scored all of his points in the second half.
