Ole Miss Takes 13th At Liz Murphey Collegiate

ATHENS, Ga. - The Ole Miss women's golf team finished the Liz Murphey Intercollegiate in 13th place over the weekend, with a three round score of 321-313-302--936.
The Lady Rebels performed well the final two days of competition, but were hindered by a slow start in the first round of the event hosted by the University of Georgia.
Teesha Ash and Bernadette Luse led Ole Miss over the weekend as both players tied for the No. 34 spot in the tournament. Ash carded an 80-76-76-232, while Luse fired an 80-78-74--232 for the weekend.
Lori Cate finished the weekend in a tie for the No. 48 spot with a three round total of 80-78-77--235. Senior Elizabeth Hoffman turned in a score of 81-81-75--237 for the three days to tie for the No. 57 spot overall, while Kerrie Davis recorded an 86-83-82--251 to tie for 86th.
The Lady Rebels will return to action in the LSU Cleveland Classic on April 6-8.
