Hicks Places Fifth At Texas Relays

AUSTIN, Texas - Ole Miss freshman Antwon Hicks clocked in at 14.12 in the finals of the 110-meter hurdles at Saturday's Texas Relays. The time was good enough for Hicks to place fifth in the event.
In addition to Hicks' performance, the Ole Miss 4x200 and 4x400-meter relay teams also competed in Saturday's finals. The Rebel 4x200-meter relay team placed fifth with a time of 1:24.82, while the 4x400-meter relay team finished sixth with a time of 3:13.08.
The Ole Miss track and field teams will split next weekend. The throwers will travel to Knoxville, Tenn., for the SeaRay Relays, while the runners will travel to Starkville, Miss., for a meet at Mississippi State.
