Ole Miss will be looking to pick up their fifth-straight win when they take on the Vermont Catamounts in the finals of the Surf-N-Slam Tournament in San Diego. Game time is slated for 10 p.m. (CT) at Jenny Craig Pavilion.

The Lady Rebels are 8-3 under the direction of second-year head coach Carol Ross. Ross, who played at Ole Miss from 1979-82, earned SEC Co-Coach of the Year honors in 2004 after guiding Ole Miss back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in eight seasons.

Four Lady Rebels scored in their last outing led by the senior duo of Carletta Brown and Amber Watts with 19 points a piece. Fellow senior Elizabeth Cansdale finished with 12 points, while sophomore Armintie Price came up with 11 points and 14 rebounds.

Vermont enters Thursday's contest with a 4-4 record. The Catamounts have posted wins over Louisville, Colgate, Rider and San Diego. UVM defeated the host Toreros, 70-62, in the opening round of play at the Surf-N-Slam Tournament.

The Catamounts are led by senior Lani Boardman's 17.5 points per game. Fellow senior Katie McNamara leads the team on the boards with 7.8, while also addeing 11.5 points per game.

Vermont head coach Sharon Dawley is 18-17 in her second season with the Catamounts. Her overall coaching record is 155-80 in 10 years in the business.
