Armintie Price Picks Up Preseason All-America Honors

The 5-9 guard is a three time All-SEC selection and has been named SEC Freshman of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year during her time with the Rebels. Price also earned National Rookie of the Year from GBallMag.com, as well as earning on a spot on their Young All-America Team that same season.
Price enters the 2006-07 season with 1,495 career points, which ranks fifth all time in Ole Miss history. She also sits in fifth place on the Ole Miss rebounding chart with 889 in her first three seasons. Price is on pace to become just the fifth player in NCAA history to post over 2,000 points, 1,000 rebounds, 300 steals and 300 assists in a career.
