Jaclyn Toohey Named SEC Player Of The Week

With the wins, Ole Miss moved to 16-11 and 7-9 in the Southeastern Conference, locking up a winning season for the first time since 1996 and posting the most SEC wins since 1997.
“I think with what Jaclyn has been through, persevering through a severe back injury and not knowing if she would be able to compete her senior year, shows her personality and commitment she has for the sport and Ole Miss," said Ole Miss head coach Joe Getzin. "She has been a great leader and we appreciate that. She is a big part of the success we are having."

The senior has reached double-digit kills in 19 matches this season and been a big part of the Rebels success. Toohey has posted match-highs offensively in six of the last 10 matches for the Rebels and hit over .300 in six of the last nine matches.
Ole Miss will be in action again this week with a pair of matches on the road. The Rebels will take on the seventh-ranked Florida Gators at 6 p.m. CST on Wednesday at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Ole Miss will then travel to
