Ole Miss, Saint Louis To Play Doubleheader Friday

OXFORD, Miss. - Due to predicted inclement weather in the Oxford area over the weekend, Ole Miss and Saint Louis will play a doubleheader on Friday, beginning at 3 p.m. at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field.

The coaches for both teams discussed the situation and agreed that the teams would play a twin bill on Friday featuring a pair of full nine inning games with a 30 minute break between the two games.

The two teams will then evaluate the weather on Saturday before deciding how to proceed. Saturday's game will not begin any earlier than 1 p.m. should the two teams decide to play. If Saturday's game can not be played, the Rebels and Billikens will regroup and try to play the third and final game of the series on Sunday.
