5:45 p.m.: Strong Ole Miss comeback falls short 24-20. The last three games between the two SEC West rivals have been decided by four points or less.

5:27 p.m.: Ole Miss pulls within four points of the nation's No. 2 on Shene's 35-yard FG, his second of the game, with 6:09 left. The Rebels have dropped 17 straight points on the Tide. The Rebels' 329 yards is the most surrendered this year by the stout UA defense.

5:14 p.m.: After Alabama scored 24 unanswered points in the first half, Ole Miss has hung 14 straight on the Tide in the second half to pull within a touchdown at 24-17 with 9:27 left. The Rebels last score came on a 17-yard pass from Snead to Hodge.

4:57 p.m.: Ole Miss forges into Crimson territory for the second time in three drives in the third quarter but stalls at the UA 24, after being marked short on third and fourth down. The drive included the first career offensive yards for Markeith Summers, who rushed for six on a reverse. Ole Miss enters the fourth quarter down by 14.

4:26 p.m.: For the first time since their second drive of the game, the Rebels marched into Alabama territory in their opening drive of the second half. This time, Ole Miss got a TD after a faked field goal resulted in a snap to Jason Cook, who rushed nine yards for his first career touchdown.

3:50 p.m.: Consecutive Rebel drives end quickly with interceptions in Ole Miss territory, and Alabama converts them both into scores. The second is a 30-yard TD pass from Wilson to McCoy. The Rebels face their biggest deficit of the year, 24-3.

3:40 p.m.: The Tide jumps ahead 14-3 on a 60-yard drive that ended with a two-yard TD run by Ingram. Eight of the 11 plays were rushes, including the final six.

3:31 p.m.: After Alabama answered Ole Miss' FG with a 73-yard drive that ended with a 26-yard TD pass from Wilson to Maze, both teams have gone back and forth. Total yardage and time of possession are fairly even, and both teams have punted three times.

2:57 p.m.: Enrique Davis just reeled off a career-long 62-yard run to the UA 8-yardline. Davis came into the game with 87 total rushing yards this year with a previous long of 14 yards. The run set up a 26-yard FG for Shene. The Rebels have scored first in six of the seven games this season. This marks the first time Alabama has trailed this year.

2:33 p.m.: Ole Miss is kicking off to start the game. With the exception of the UA student section, the stadium is near capacity on a beautiful day with mostly sunny skies.
