Goff Tabbed All-SEC First Team By League Coaches

During the SEC’s annual Basketball Media Days in late October, Goff was also one of five players to earn preseason All-SEC first team plaudits as voted on by a select panel of local and national media. The
Goff finished the season ranked first on the team and 12th in the SEC with 13.0 points per game. The
Goff also posted gaudy numbers on the defensive end of court as she stood as one of the top shot blockers in the country. In fact, she finished the year ranked second in the league and 28th in the country with 2.31 blocked shots per game. Goff ended the season with 67 rejections to set the single-season school record for blocked shots, surpassing the 60 rejections recorded by Susan Byrd during the 1993-94 season. In Ole Miss’ first exhibition game of the season Tuesday night at Tad Smith Coliseum, Goff picked up right where she left off as she tallied 10 points, nine rebounds and two blocked shots in just 22 minutes of action in helping the Rebels to a 77-45 victory over DT-3.
