The Rebels take a 41-7 lead and score the most points in a game since defeating South Carolina 43-40 in 2003. 8:34 p.m.: Ole Miss stops Memphis on fourth down as Hudgens' pass sailed to the right of his intended receiver. It is the second time today the Rebels have stopped Memphis on a fourth down play. 7:56 p.m.: Hodge and Snead hook up for the second time of the game with a 15-yard touchdown to put Ole Miss ahead 34-10. It's the first two touchdown game of Hodge's career. Click on the photo gallery link above to view photos from the first half. 7:43 p.m.: Official attendance for today's game is 56,127. Only one crowd was larger last season, 59,791 for the Alabama game. 7:21 p.m.: The Rebels head into halftime with a total of 27 points. Those 27 points are the most scored in a half since the Rebels put up 30 points in the first half against South Carolina in 2003. 7:11 p.m.: Dustin Mouzon recorded the second Rebel interception of the game to give Ole Miss great field possession just before half. The Rebels start the drive on the Memphis 34 yard line. 7:08 p.m.: Joshua Shene put the Rebels ahead 24-7 with a 26-yard field goal. On the play before, McCluster nearly picked up a first down for the Rebels as he turned a seemingly busted play into an eight-yard gain. 7:01 p.m.: Kendrick Lewis just picked off Memphis quarterback Will Hudgens in the endzone. Lewis was thought to have returned the ball for 64 yards, but officials ruled he stepped out of bounds at the Ole Miss 33 yard line. On the very next play, Brandon Bolden completed a halfback pass to Snead for 37 yards. 6:50 p.m.: Freshman running back Enrique Davis scored his first career touchdown with a two-yard run to put the Rebels ahead by 14 points. McCluster was the last true freshman to rush for a touchdown in his Rebel debut in 2006. 6:31 p.m.: Dexter McCluster scored on a 32-yard rush to put the Rebels ahead 14-7. McCluster's only other rushing touchdown was also against Memphis, a 31-yarder off a fake in his Rebel debut in 2006. 6:13 p.m.: Jevan Snead throws his first career touchdown as a Rebel as he connected with Shay Hodge for a 64-yard touchdown. Hodge caught the ball at the Ole Miss 40 yard line and cut to the inside of the field and raced in for the score. 6:05 p.m.: The captains for the game were Ashlee Palmer, Jamarca Sanford, Jason Cook and Michael Oher. There were five first-time starters for the Rebels: Daverin Geralds, Jevan Snead, Cordera Eason, Emmanuel Stephens and Lawon Scott. 5:55 p.m.: The stadium is nearing capacity as kickoff approaches. The team is in its home blue jerseys today, and the players' last names are indeed back on the jerseys. Today's Hotty Toddy was performed by Houston Nutt on the new high definition video board.
