Goff Named SEC Community Service Player Of The Week

Goff has played an instrumental role this season in spearheading the majority of the team’s community service efforts. So far this year, Goff and the Rebels have participated in

In addition to her efforts in the community, Goff has also proven to be one of the top players in the SEC this season. The
Goff is also on the verge of etching her name into two different categories in the Ole Miss record books. She needs just 11 more blocked shots to pass Eugenia Conner and become the school’s all-time leader in rejections with a total of 194. Goff also needs just 24 more points to become the 22nd Ole Miss women’s basketball player to score 1,000 or more points.
This year marks the 11th year for the SEC Community Service Team for women’s basketball and well as for men’s basketball. All 20 league-sponsored sports have had a Community Service Team since 2004, with at-large teams for men’s and women’s sports being chosen from 1999-2003. The SEC began this concept with a football Community Service Team in 1994.
