OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss men's golf team will conclude the fall this weekend at the David Toms Intercollegiate hosted by LSU in Baton Rouge, La. The three-day event begins Sunday and will be played at the Country Club of Louisiana.

The 14-team field includes Auburn, Kent State, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisiana Tech, LSU, Mississippi State, North Florida, Northwestern, Pepperdine, Rice, South Alabama, Southeastern Louisiana and UAB.

The Rebels will send the same five guys who competed in the last tournament (Brickyard). Junior Jonathan Randolph leads the team with a 70.40 stroke average. He already owns two top-five finishes this fall, including a win at the Mason Rudolph Championship.

Sophomore Billy Brozovich is second on the team in stroke average and has steadily improved his game this fall. He led the team at the Brickyard with a 73-72-145 and a tie for 21st.

Rounding out the lineup is sophomore Joe David, freshman Tom Brown and sophomore Chris Mullhaupt.

"Our players have worked hard this fall. We have played five tournaments in a very short time span. There hasn't been a lot of time to correct errors, until this past week," head coach Ernest Ross said. "We are working hard to improve wedge play and putting. We are excited to see if we have made any progress.

"Tournament golf is a test of your skills, and we need to prove to ourselves that this work is helping our scoring. Golf is a scoring contest, not a long drive contest or ball striking contest. As coaches, we never lose focus of this fact."

Live scoring will be available by going to OleMissSports.com and clicking on the link in the Rebel Hub.
