Rebels Welcome Jacksonville State For Wednesday Tilt

The Rebels (11-9, 0-3 SEC) are lead by junior All-American Lauren Grill, who has blasted five home runs on the season and knocked in 16 RBI. Grill’s five round-trippers are tied for seventh in the SEC and give her 31 for her career. Senior Michelle May leads the squad with a .367 batting average, while freshman Corrine Doornberg got off to a hot start in league play, collecting five hits in 10 at-bats against the Tigers.
In the circle, junior Becky Nye continues to pace the Rebels with a 7-5 record and a 1.82 ERA with 58 strikeouts in 88.2 innings.
