Nutt Statement Regarding Football Signee Barksdale

Ole Miss head coach Houston Nutt is issuing the following statement regarding signee Darius Barksdale.

"We are currently gathering information on Tig Barksdale's situation. While we are disappointed with this news, this is why we are in coaching. We will try to help this young man's life with structure, discipline, support and love. He needs to be in a structured environment, and we will deal with this situation in an appropriate manner."
