Pa'Sonna Hope Named SEC Freshman of the Week

OXFORD, Miss. - Freshman forward Pa'Sonna Hope was named SEC Freshman of the Week the SEC announced today.
This is the first career honor for Hope and it's the first time this season an Ole Miss player has won a weekly honor from the SEC.

- Led Ole Miss with a career-high 20 points in an 85-51 win over SE Louisiana.
- Also grabbed eight rebounds to tie her career high.
- Recorded a career-high 10 field goals and four steals.
- Her 20 points mark the fifth time this season Hope has scored in double figures.
- Her two assists also tied her career high and she was tied for the team lead in minutes played against SELA with 29.
- For the week, went 10-for-23 scoring 20 points with eight rebounds, four steals and two assists.
Kentucky's Victoria Dunlap and Vanderbilt's Hannah Tuomi were named CO-Players of the Week.
