OXFORD, Miss. -- Ole Miss has welcomed three new faces to its football program with the signing of freshmen Mike Marry, Evan Swindall and Cameron Whigham, as announced Monday by Rebel head coach Houston Nutt.

All three players are already enrolled at the University and will participate in spring drills. The trio originally inked with Ole Miss in 2009.

A native of Clearwater, Fla., Marry was rated the No. 28 linebacker in the nation in 2009 by Scout.com. The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder earned second team All-State accolades after racking 100 tackles and seven sacks as a senior at Largo High School, which also produced former Rebel standout Dexter McCluster.

Marry was a PrepStar and SuperPrep All-Region selection and named the St. Petersburg Times Defensive Player of the Year his junior and senior seasons. His junior year saw him post 152 tackles, four QB sacks, three interceptions, one forced fumble and one fumble recovered.

A 6-foot-3, 285-pound center, Swindall was one of 45 high school seniors chosen to represent Team USA in the inaugural 2009 IFAF Junior World Championship in July. The LaFayette, Ga., native received first team All-Tournament accolades after starting all three games for the Red, White and Blue, helping the team to a 3-0 record and a gold medal.

As a senior at LaFayette High School, Swindall earned first team All-State honors from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and was ranked the No. 19 center in the class of 2009 by Rivals.com.

Whigham, a 6-foot-3, 230-pound defensive end, was a member of the AJC's Super Georgia 150 list of 2009. The Lithonia, Ga., product totaled 85 tackles, 19 TFLs and seven QB sacks as a senior at Shiloh High School and added 79 tackles, 17 TFLs and seven QB sacks as a junior.
