On The Game
"I was really proud of our team to come this far and play a game that took offense, defense and special teams. That's a good football team. Coach Hill's team is always doing an excellent job fundamentally; they're hard-nosed and just well coached. This is a good team and a tough environment to play in, so I am proud of our team and the way they executed.
On Randall Mackey
"I thought Randall Mackey did an excellent job handling the game, managing it and finding open receivers."
On Offensive Line
"The offensive line was good, they created some running room for our guys and that was important. We didn't have a running game or passing a game, it just didn't look like much of anything the first few weeks. I hope we can really build on this."

On The Game
"I thought that was a hard football game. I thought it was a great game for our fans here at Fresno, and I told our kids after the game that I thought they played very hard. They played a lot like they did at Nebraska. On defense I thought we played tremendous for a lot of the game. We gave up a couple of big plays along the way but like I said going into the game, three is an amazing athlete. They have big people that can run and they made some big plays when they had too.
Offensively I thought we moved the ball pretty good all night. We had the one fumble that ended up as seven for them. I thought Derek Carr played very, very well. We needed two scores at the end but when we missed the field goal that was the end of that. I thought we handles the end of the game very well with the exception of the one run play but I take the blame for that.
Defensively I thought we stayed in the game all night. In the end Ole Miss made the plays in the fourth quarter just like Nebraska did against us. I think this team has a lot of fight in it and we are still progressing as a football team. Ole Miss played their best game of the season tonight, and it took their best game to beat us tonight."
On Defense
"Big plays happen when you play against good athletes. They made some big plays and we made some big plays tonight. We have good athletes but they just made better plays than us in the fourth quarter. I thought our defense for most of the night did a good job."
