Spring Football Drills Kick Off Monday

OXFORD, Miss. -- Ole Miss opens spring football drills next week, and once again this year, practices are open to the public.
Beginning Monday, practices are slated for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the next three weeks. Weekday workouts are tentatively planned for 4 p.m. on the practice fields, while Saturday practices are TBA.
For an updated schedule of practice times and locations, please refer to the 2011 Spring Drills link, located in the right sidebar of the OleMissSports.com football home page. All information is tentative and subject to change.
Use of cellular phones and cameras are prohibited for fans at practice, and fans must remain in the designated area. When the team practices outdoors, fans are not allowed between the practice fields.
OleMissSports.com will be publishing daily spring practice reports with video highlights from each Rebel workout. Spring football coverage begins with head coach Houston Nutt's pre-spring press conference Monday at 2 p.m. live on RebelVision, just hours before the team takes the field for its first practice.
The Rebels' spring drills will culminate with the annual BancorpSouth Grove Bowl, slated for Saturday, April 16 at 1 p.m. at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
Grove Bowl Week festivities kick off with the inaugural Rebels' Choice Awards, Monday, April 11 at the Gertrude C. Ford Center for Performing Acts. For information, visit www.rebelschoiceawards.com.
