Rebel Softball Team Excels In Classroom

OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss softball team excelled in the classroom during the fall semester as the Rebels posted a combined team grade point average of 3.02.
The team was headlined by seniors Corrine Doornberg and Amanda Hutcheson, who each posted a perfect 4.0 GPA last semester. Last season seven Rebels were named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll, including Brittany Broome, Laina Collier, Doornberg, Hutcheson, Kelly Nolan, Cali Overbeck and Lindsey Perry, while Londen Ladner was named to the SEC Freshman Academic Honor Roll.
