CHARLESTON, SC., - Ole Miss head coach Valerie Boothe said last week No. 14 Air Force was the team that concerned her most regarding this weekend's list of opponents the Rebels were scheduled to face in Charleston.

Ole Miss fell to the Falcons 4627-4628 Sunday, but defeated The Citadel women who shot a 4258 on the day.

"This was a heartbreaking finish," Boothe said. "It's like losing at the last second in double overtime. We had some season highs, but overall it just wasn't enough. We have a short time to figure it out before we face Memphis on Wednesday."

For the second day in a row senior Keely Stankey led the Rebels in the air shooting a 590. In smallbore sophomore Melissa Quartarone led Ole Miss shooting a 577, while sophomore Abbey Stanec also was impressive shooting a personal-best 576.

The loss was the first for the Rebels since Nov. 12 when they lost at No. 3 West Virginia.

Ole Miss will look to get back on track Wednesday when the Rebels host No. 11 Memphis at the Patricia C. Lamar National Guard Readiness Center.
