OXFORD, Miss. - After posting a solid opening weekend at the Seminole Classic with three victories, including a pair of run-rule wins, Ole Miss will travel to in-state foe Southern Miss this weekend for the Dickey's Barbeque Pit Invitational. The Rebels also announced on Thursday that Reb Sports Radio of Oxford will begin its second season of broadcasting Rebel games with this weekend's tournament.

The Rebels (3-2) will face Belmont (0-5), Southern University (1-5) and the host Golden Eagles (2-2) in Hattiesburg. Ole Miss kicks off tournament play Saturday against Southern University at 8 a.m. and Belmont at 1 p.m. The Rebels take on Belmont again at 1 p.m. on Sunday and close out tournament play with USM at 6 p.m.

Reb Sports Radio will broadcast all of this weekend's games, with veteran play-by-play broadcaster Allen Baswell calling all the action from the booth. Fans can hear all Ole Miss home games and select road games will be broadcast on 102.1 FM in Oxford, 101.3 FM in Grenada, 1240 AM in Jackson and online at RebSportsRadio.com. A mobile app will also be available soon. The "Coach Windy Thees Show", a 30-munite program highlighting Ole Miss softball hosted by Baswell, will also air every Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Freshman Allison Brown helped the Rebels advanced to the Seminole Classic title game against host Florida State in Ole Miss' opening weekend with a team-high eight RBI, including her first career home run. Senior Kendall Bruning picked up two wins on the weekend matching her win total from last season, including a complete-game, two-hit victory over Stephen F. Austin on Saturday.
