Rebel Netters Earn Preseason Rankings

OXFORD, Miss. - With the start of the 2013-14 season a week away, the Rebels received recognition Friday, as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced the preseason singles and doubles rankings.

Senior Caroline Rohde-Moe (Bloomenholm, Norway) earned a preseason ranking of No. 39 in singles. The two-time All-SEC honoree helped lead the Rebels to their fifth consecutive NCAA appearance in 2013. Rohde-Moe also teams up with sophomore Marija Milutinovic for a ranking of No. 24 in doubles.

Sophomore Mai El Kamash (Cairo, Egypt) is ranked No. 85 in the nation in singles. She ended the 2013 season ranked No. 7 in the ITA Southern Region.

The Rebels open the season Sept. 13-15 at the Duke Fall Invitational.
