In preparation for the 2015 season, OleMissSports.com is bringing fans of Ole Miss Softball and the Rebel Nation a look at the players who will make up the latest incarnation of the Rebels on the softball field.
We'll take a look at what makes each player unique, how they came to choose Ole Miss as their home and family for their collegiate career and what they hope to do after college.

1. What made you choose Ole Miss and why?
I chose Ole Miss because it is a small town just like the town I was raised in, but at the same time it is still an SEC school so we get to play the best of the best every weekend
2. What are your goals for the season?
My goal for this season is to be a team of "firsts"… first team with a winning record, first team to make post play, first team to make the SEC tournament, and the first team to go to World Series.
3. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In ten years I will be back in my hometown working at a chemical or nuclear power plant. I will also be happily married with children and a dog.
4. What's something that most people don't know about you?
When I was a child my mom put me in beauty pageants and, surprisingly, I won.
5. If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be and why?
I would like to meet Taylor Swift because I am one of her biggest fans.
6. Do you have any superstitions that are habits before the game?
No.
7. If you had a day off from softball, what would you do?
If I had a day off from softball I would take my dog to the dog park and spend the rest of the day resting and watching a TV show on Netflix or reading a book.
8. What is your favorite class at Ole Miss and why?
My favorite class would be physical chemistry because it combines chemistry with math which are my favorite subjects.
