Kickoff Set For Ole Miss-Vanderbilt

OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss and Vanderbilt will not only play their 2014 football game at an NFL stadium, but it will also be nationally televised by ESPN. Kickoff for the teams' Sept. 6 Southeastern Conference opener will be 3:30 p.m. CT, the league office and ESPN announced Friday.

The Rebels and Commodores will square off in Nashville at LP Field, home of the Tennessee Titans.

Ole Miss' season opener against Boise State on Aug. 28 is also being played at an NFL stadium (Atlanta's Georgia Dome) and televised by ESPN (7 p.m. CT).

The only other previously announced TV and game time is the Rebels' home opener on Sept. 13 vs. Louisiana-Lafayette. It will be televised on the new SEC Network at 3 p.m. CT.
