OXFORD, Miss. - Looking to maintain momentum from a successful opening tournament in Buffalo, New York, the Ole Miss Volleyball team heads to Memphis, Tennessee this weekend for the Memphis Invitational. The Rebels will face three teams in the two-day tournament.
Ole Miss (4-0) will face Memphis in the first match Friday at 7 p.m. at the Elma Roane Field House. On Saturday, the Rebels will play Arkansas State at 10 a.m. followed by UT-Martin at 4 p.m., to conclude the tournament.
"Memphis took Alabama to five sets this past weekend," said head coach Steven McRoberts on facing a little tougher competition this weekend. "The competition this weekend will be a notch up from what we just played. The teams that we've played will be in the 20-win area once they get to their conference. The wins over Buffalo and Lehigh will be good RPI wins for our program."
