"It feels great. I am just so proud of our team and the effort that they are giving. It is just really satisfying as a coach for me to see us coming together. This team just continues to get better every day. Kelsey Briggs came in there and played really well. I was really proud of her. Sarah Porter and Kiara Golden both had some quality minutes as well. Having Shandricka Sessom out is something that worried me, but we found a way. Gracie Frizzell had such an amazing game as well. Gracie takes a lot of heat from me and I tend to stay on her. I believe in her. I think she is one of the best shooters in the country and she showed that tonight. Tonight's accomplishments could not have happened to a better kid. She is the first player in the gym every day and the last one to leave. She just puts in the work."
On Gracie Frizzell's record setting night...
"I realized at the first possession when she caught it and shot it that it was going to be a special night. She was being aggressive there. She is a player that I have a lot of confidence in. Gracie is a leader for us. It is great for her to be able to do that. Her family was here today as well, so it could not have been a better day. I knew she was going to be hot out there. She got going and it was just really special today."
"It was good for them to be able to get minutes. Sarah Porter and Kelsey Briggs both came in and played really well and under control. Those kids practice hard everyday. They are young. They are freshman. I am just really proud of them and the work that they are doing."
On setting the new Tad Pad record for three-pointers...
"The past few games I have gone on a cold streak. I got back in the gym and just really worked on my fundamentals of shooting. Coach Todd and Coach Matt, along with my teammates, just really helped to instill the confidence in me to be able to make those shots today."
On the SEC wins...
"It is just really fun. It gives us a lot of momentum. This is a big win for us. This win against Alabama is huge for our program. This team works so hard each and every day. I know I could not have done it without my teammates. We are sisters and we have a very tight bond. We are really looking forward to playing Georgia on Thursday night."
