OXFORD, Miss. - Moving up a spot to No. 24 after sweeping Jackson State last weekend, the Ole Miss women's tennis team (4-0) hits the road this weekend to take on No. 16 Oklahoma State. The match begins at 1 p.m., Saturday at the Michael and Anne Greenwood Tennis Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

"It's exciting to be 4-0, we've got a couple of ranked wins against teams in the top 50 RPI," head coach Mark Beyers said. "Now the level goes up a notch beginning this weekend with Oklahoma State. They have a great team, but so do we. It should be a great college tennis match, and I am looking forward to seeing our team against that level of competition."

Scouting Oklahoma State …
The Cowgirls of Oklahoma State return home after beating No. 18 Georgia Tech 4-3 in Atlanta to qualify for the ITA National Team Indoor. They are led by a pair of sophomores, All-American and No. 10 ranked Viktoriya Lushkova and No. 53 ranked Katarine Adamovic. The Rebels narrowly lost 4-3 the last time the two teams met (2013).

Recapping Jackson State …
In their home opener, Ole Miss swept a doubleheader against Jackson State last Saturday at the Gillom Sports Center to improve to 4-0 on the season. In the first match, the Rebels won the doubles point without dropping a game. The Rebels only dropped 11 games in the five singles matches played, including shutouts from Marija Milutinovic at No. 5 and Mai El Kamash at No. 2. In the second match, head coach Mark Beyers changed up the lineup a bit and the results were the same.

The 100 Watch …
With 87 wins, senior Julia Jones needs just 13 more to become the fifth player in program history to join the 100-club in singles

Tough Schedule Awaits …
Following the match at Oklahoma State, the Rebels will face No. 29 Texas Tech and the No. 32 Rice in Lubbock, Texas, Feb. 6-7. Ole Miss returns home to host Tulane as well as William & Mary over Valentine's weekend.
