• This was the 61st meeting between Ole Miss and Memphis ... Ole Miss now holds a 48-11-2 lead and had its six-game series winning streak snapped ... First loss to Memphis since 2004.

GENERAL NOTES
• Attendance at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium was 60,241, seventh-largest in Memphis history.
• The Rebels now own an all-time record of 650-503-35 (.562 winning percentage) and a 29-17 record under Hugh Freeze (.630 winning percentage).
• This was the Rebels' first regular-season loss to a non-conference team since falling 66-31 to Texas on Sept. 15, 2012, snapping a 12-game streak in such games.
• Ole Miss falls to 1-2 versus ranked teams this year (all on the road) and 6-12 under Hugh Freeze.
• Ole Miss falls to 109-47-3 against current members of the American Athletic Conference.
• The Rebels fall to 0-2 this year when they trail at halftime and 4-11 under Hugh Freeze.
OFFENSIVE NOTES
• Ole Miss set a school record for passing yards in a game (440) and eclipsed 400 yards for the second straight game.
• Junior QB Chad Kelly completed 33 of 47 passes for 372 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.
• Kelly set a school record with his fifth 300-yard passing game of the season, passing Bo Wallace and Eli Manning, who both had four on two occasions ... Kelly is in third place in career 300-yard games behind Wallace (11) and Manning (10).
• Kelly's season total of 2,234 passing yards ranks 12th in a season in Ole Miss history and 15th on the Rebels' career chart.
• Junior WR Laquon Treadwell established a school record with 14 catches (for a career-high 144 yards) and a touchdown ... It was his sixth career 100-yard receiving game, tied with Shay Hodge and Mike Wallace for third-most in school history.
• Treadwell moves into sole possession of sixth in school history with 14 career touchdown catches, third with 169 career receptions and eighth with 1,894 career receiving yards.
• Junior WR Quincy Adeboyejo had two catches for 94 yards and a touchdown, extending his SEC lead to six touchdown catches on the year.
• On the second play of the game, Treadwell tossed his first career touchdown pass on a 68-yard bomb to Adeboyejo, the longest reception of Adeboyejo's career.
• Sophomore WR Damore'ea Stringfellow caught four passes for a career-high 72 yards and a touchdown.
• Senior WR Cody Core tied a career high with six catches (for 83 yards).
DEFENSIVE NOTES
• The Rebels' 10 tackles for loss were their second-most in a game this year.
• Ole Miss added to its SEC lead with one more interception ... The Rebels now have 10 on the year.
• Senior DB Mike Hilton tied for the team lead with 11 tackles and posted 2.5 TFLs, a sack and his second interception of the year (sixth of his career).
• Sophomore FS C.J. Hampton collected a career-high 11 tackles to share team-high honors.
• Junior DE Fadol Brown registered his first full sack of his Rebel career.
• Freshman DT Breeland Speaks tallied a career-high two tackles for loss.
