OXFORD, Miss. - On Monday, the Ole Miss volleyball team moved up to No. 66 in the latest RPI rankings as they get set to begin the second half of SEC play in Athens, Georgia Wednesday night against the Bulldogs. The match will be televised on ESPNU and first serve is set for 8 p.m. CT from the Ramsey Center.

Ole Miss enters the match at 18-6 overall and 4-5 in the SEC. The Rebels split last weekend, beating Tennessee 3-1 and losing to No. 21 Kentucky 3-0.

Quick Hits
• The Rebels hit .248 vs. Tennessee and are 18-1 overall and 4-0 in the SEC when hitting above .200.
• Ole Miss posted a season-high 13 blocks against Tennessee. Seniors Ty Laporte and Nakeyta Clair had six and five, respectively.
• Senior Nakeyta Clair broke the school record for total blocks and now has 391 for her career. Two-time All-American Regina Thomas (2008-11) previously held the record (383).
• Four players recorded double-digit kills against Tennessee, led by sophomore Kate Gibson's 14. She recorded her second straight double-double with 15 digs as well, and added three blocks. Freshman Kathryn Cather finished with 10 kills on a .450 clip to add 10.5 points to the cause. Junior Aubrey Edie passed out 42 assists and chipped in four kills, six digs and three blocks. Senior Ty Laporte notched 11 kills on a .333 clip to go with her six blocks. Nakeyta Clair finished with 11 kills.
• With five block assists on the weekend, Nakeyta Clair sits at 302 for her career and needs just two to set the school record (303), held by Regina Thomas.
• The Rebels rank in the top five in the SEC in hitting percentage (.244 - 5th) and kills per set (13.67 - 3rd), while leading in services aces per set (1.64).
• Ty Laporte ranks sixth in the SEC at .391 and sixth in SEC matches only at .389. Nakeyta Clair ranks seventh in the SEC in hitting percentage at .379. Clair also ranks ninth in the SEC in points per set with 3.75. Kathryn Cather ranks fourth (0.36) and Kristen Brashear ranks eighth (0.31) in aces per set. Brashear ranks seventh overall in digs per set at 3.97 and is fourth in SEC matches only at 4.41 per set.

Scouting Georgia
Georgia enters Wednesday night's ESPNU matchup at 5-15 overall and 0-8 in the SEC. The Bulldogs are coming off a 3-0 loss at Alabama on Sunday. Junior middle blocker Desiree McCray hit a team-best .300 clip in last week's road games, putting down 11 kills while notching just five attack errors in 20 swings. She leads Georgia with a .268 hitting percentage on the year.

Georgia leads the all-time series 40-16, but the Rebels have won two straight, including a 3-0 victory on Oct. 9 in Oxford.

Last Meeting
In the previous meeting, the Rebels won 25-21, 25-23 and 25-20. Senior Ty Laporte hit .615 with nine kills and fellow senior Nakeyta Clair posted 11 kills and five blocks. Junior Aubrey Edie passed out 30 assists, including her 3,000th career assist.
