Women's Tennis Heads to Tuscaloosa

OXFORD, Miss. -- Ole Miss women's tennis heads to Tuscaloosa this weekend to compete in the Roberta Alison Fall Classic hosted by Alabama. Play begins Friday and concludes Saturday at the Alabama Tennis Stadium.
The tournament starts Friday at 9 a.m., with one round of doubles followed by two rounds of singles. Saturday includes two rounds of doubles and the final round of singles. Each draw will consist of eight singles players or doubles teams.
Participating Teams
The field of 14 teams includes players from Alabama, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, Tulane, Northwestern and Kansas.
Who's Going?
The Rebels will send four players to the tournament. Sophomore Natalie Suk will face Erin Larner of Northwestern in the first round of the Weyli Chang Draw. Freshman Tea Jandric meets Amy Lowther of UAB in the first round of the Courtney McLane Draw. Senior Allie Robbins plays Cristina Martin of Kennesaw State in the Taylor Lindsey Draw. Freshman Brooke Stevens has a first round bye. Suk and Jandric will team up in doubles, while Robbins and Stevens will form another team.
