Future Ole Miss Football Schedules | BLOG: Rundown of Future Schedules

OXFORD, Miss. -
Ole Miss and Cal will play a home-and-home football series in 2017 and 2019, the schools and ESPN announced Thursday.

The Rebels, who have never played a Pac-12 school in football, will make the roughly 2,150-mile trip to Berkeley, California, on Sept. 16, 2017. It will be the westernmost game in Ole Miss history, surpassing the 2011 trip to Fresno, which was the program's only other visit to the Golden State.

The Bears will make a return visit to Oxford on Sept. 21, 2019.

Future Ole Miss schedules also include exciting matchups against other "Power Five" schools such as Florida State (2016), Georgia Tech (2022, 2023) and Wake Forest (2024, 2025).

In other scheduling news, the 2017 contest at Memphis has moved to 2019, and the 2017 game against Tulane has shifted to 2023. That matchup against the Green Wave will take place in New Orleans, and an additional meeting with Tulane is now set for 2025 in Oxford.
