OXFORD, Miss. -- Ole Miss women's tennis senior Julia Jones made history this year, and Wednesday she joined another club with her selection to the NCAA Singles Championship.

Jones is seeded 9-16 in the field of 64 players, and therefore earns All-America honors, becoming the 11th All-American in the history of the program.

Earlier this year, Jones became the seventh Rebel netter to post 100 wins in a career, and last week she was named to the All-SEC First Team. Jones finished the regular season ranked No. 9 and helped the Rebels earn their seventh consecutive NCAA appearance.

The Rebels will face Denver in the first round May 8 at 10 a.m. CT. The championship match will be May 9 at 1 p.m. CT.
