Rebels to Hold Red/Blue Scrimmage

OXFORD, Miss. - Classes start Monday at Ole Miss, which means two-a-days are over for the Ole Miss volleyball team. The Rebels will kick off match-week with a Red/Blue Scrimmage Monday at 7 p.m. at the Gillom Sports Center.
Monday's intrasquad scrimmage is free and fans are encouraged to come catch their first look of the 2015 edition of the volleyball Rebels. Six starters return from the 2014 team that posted the best record (22-10) in seven years and set several team and individual records. Fans will also get a chance to see the seven newcomers in action.
The Rebels officially kick off the season with the Magnolia Invitational Aug. 28-29. The Rebels will face Oral Roberts Friday at 6 p.m., followed by Tennessee State and Northwestern State on Saturday.
