What do you love most about competing as an Ole Miss Rebel?
I love being able to represent Ole Miss and help make the sport of shooting more well known.
What do you love most about Rebel Nation?
Rebel Nation is one of the most supportive and has some of the most positive energy I have ever seen from a college. I am really happy to be able to call myself an Ole Miss Rebel.
Why did you choose Ole Miss?
I love shooting and I had the opportunity to meet Ali Weisz at camp when I was a junior in high school. I was able to shoot at the range and fell in love with the campus.
What will be your lasting memory of your time as an Ole Miss Rebel?
It will definitely be spending quality time with my teammates and getting to know all of them.
What defines a Rebel?
A Rebel is a person who is hardworking and dedicated. It is someone who will do anything they can to succeed in everything that they do. A person who gives 110 percent in all aspects of their lives.
Who or what motivates you in your sport?
My mom. No matter how many times I might think I am not good enough or if I am struggling, she has always been my motivation to keep pushing forward.
What are your goals for the season?
To do the best I can, not only for myself, but for my teammates.
What is your favorite thing about Oxford?
I fell in love with the square, it is so lively with all the people. I love it during Christmas time when everything is decorated and all lit up.
If you could challenge another Ole Miss sport in rifle who would it be?
The women's softball team because they are so full of energy all the time. I think it would be interesting to see how long they can endure the mental sport of shooting.
What would you do if you won the lottery?
I would buy my mom a house anywhere she wanted and I would donate some to charity.
What is your favorite day of the week? Why?
Sunday, because I get to catch up on all my homework or read a book that I have been trying to read.
What is your favorite movie?
Sweeney Todd with Johnny Depp. I like the different songs in it and I think it is really funny.
Who would play you in a movie of your life?
Melissa McCarthy because she is a really funny persona and I think that she would be able to portray how I feel at certain moments in my life.
How would you describe yourself in one word?
Kind
Where is your favorite place to vacation to?
I like to go back home to Hawaii whenever I can visit my family there.
What is the strangest talent you have?
I am really good at wiggling each individual eyebrow.
What is your favorite quote?
"Open your mind before your mouth". I think that sometimes people need to do a little less talking and think about what they say before they say it.
If you could donate to one charity which would it be? Why?
Make a Wish Foundation because I would love to help an ailing child experience something special.
