Starting Five
1. Ole Miss extended its home win streak to eight straight with a 77-57 win over VCU on Saturday. Chrishae Rowe led the offense with 14 points while Shandricka Sessom added 12 points. Taylor Manuel led Ole Miss on the glass with six rebounds while Erika Sisk tallied a career-best 10 assists. The win was also the 50th win for head coach Matt Insell.

2. The win over VCU was the third straight for the Rebels and the eighth straight win at The Pavilion at Ole Miss. The Rebels 8-0 start at home is the best start of the Insell era and is the best start since Ole Miss went 11-0 at home to open up the 2006-07 season. Ole Miss is one of eight SEC teams to have an unblemished home record.

3. The VCU win was head coach Matt Insell's 50th career win. Insell, who is in his fourth season as head coach at Ole Miss, owns a 50-56 record on the Ole Miss sidelines. In just his second season, Insell lead the Rebels back to the postseason for the first time since 2010 and reached the third round of the WNIT.

4. Erika Sisk dished out a career-best 10 assists against VCU. Her 10 assists marked the first time an Ole Miss player reached double-digit assists since Valencia McFarland had 10 assists in 2014 against Georgia. Sisk is averaging 5.3 assists per game, which is good for second best in the SEC.

5. Junior Chrishae Rowe made her Ole Miss debut against Oregon on Dec. 14 and in just her second game led the Ole Miss offense with 14 points off the bench. Rowe averaged 21.6 points per game as a freshman at Oregon and is averaging 10.0 points per game through two games.

Ole Miss vs. Austin Peay Notables
-This will be the fifth meeting between Ole Miss and Austin Peay and the first meeting since the 2013-14 season. Ole Miss leads the series 4-0 and took a 99-69 in the last meeting. The Rebels own a 3-0 record in games played in Oxford.

-Austin Peay head coach Dave Midlick is very familiar with Oxford as he is an Ole Miss grad and was a member of the Ole Miss men's basketball team. Midlick was three-year letter winner under Ed Murphy from 1988-91. The Rebels played in the NIT in 1989 â€" with Midlick leading the team in free-throw percentage and three-point field goal percentage â€" and were Southeastern Conference tournament finalists in 1990.

-Ole Miss is the lone SEC squad on Austin Peay's schedule and the teams have just one opponent in common in Jacksonville State. This will be the second consecutive game the Governors will face an Insell coached team as Austin Peay took on Middle Tennessee State coached by head coach Matt Insell's father, Rick Insell, in its last outing.

A Win Would
-Give Ole Miss its ninth straight home win, the best start to the home slate in the Insell era and the longest undefeated home win streak since an 11-0 start for the 2006-07 Ole Miss squad.

-A win would also give Ole Miss 10 wins. The 10 wins would be the most wins for the Rebels since 2014-15 and would equal Ole Miss' entire win total from the 2015-16 season.

Rebels By The Numbers
1-Number of wins Ole Miss needs to equal its win total from the 2015-16 season. Ole Miss was 10-20 in 2015-16 and has a chance to surpass that total with two games left in the non-conference slate.
