Sophomore Tea Jandric starts the fall ranked No. 81 in singles and fellow sophomore Allie Sanford is ranked No. 124.

Welcome back
This weekend will mark the return to the tennis courts for redshirt freshman Tereza Janatova, who missed all of last season with an injury.

Fresh faces
There will be a couple of new faces on the court this weekend with the addition of freshmen Anna Vrbenska and Cameron Kriscunas. Vrbenska owns a career-high WTA Ranking of 954 in singles and 789 in doubles. Kriscunas posted a career-high No. 1 ranking in South Carolina and No. 61 on TennisRecruiting.net prior to Ole Miss.

All-American Hartono in Stillwater
The team will be without junior All-American Arianne Hartono, who is competing in the Stillwater Pro Classic in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Last season Hartono became the 12th All-American in program history and finished with a team-leading 22-14 overall record.

Quoting Head Coach Mark Beyers
"It should be a great tournament at NC State with some quality matches, which is definitely what we need at this point. For the ones who are playing in the All-American it will be a great opportunity to measure themselves against good competition. It will also be a good opportunity for some of them to work on their individual ranking and start positioning themselves to get into the NCAAs at the end of the year."
